1. Acceptance of terms

By using TutorLink Nepal, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the platform.

2. User accounts

You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account. Provide accurate information when registering. One person, one account.

3. Tutor responsibilities

Tutors must provide accurate qualifications and experience. Submitting false documents will result in immediate removal. Tutors are responsible for honoring accepted bookings.

4. Student responsibilities

Students must attend booked sessions or cancel in advance. Repeated no-shows may result in account suspension. Reviews must be honest and based on actual sessions.

5. Bookings and payments

TutorLink Nepal facilitates bookings and secure payment processing between students and tutors. A 10% commission fee is applied per confirmed booking to support platform operations, maintenance, and administrative services.

All platform-mediated financial transactions are subject to this rate, and users are provided with a transparent breakdown of fees prior to booking confirmation. TutorLink Nepal is not responsible for any informal payment arrangements or disputes made outside of our official system.

6. Content and conduct

Users must not post false, misleading, or offensive content. Any abuse, harassment, or fraud will result in immediate account removal.

7. Privacy

Contact details (phone, WhatsApp) are only shared after a booking is accepted. We do not sell your data to third parties.

8. Platform rights

TutorLink Nepal reserves the right to remove any listing, suspend any account, or modify the platform at any time without notice.

9. Limitation of liability

TutorLink Nepal is a marketplace platform. We are not responsible for the quality of tutoring sessions, disputes between tutors and students, or any damages arising from use of the platform.
